Looking to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness? Pilates with Miss Grace is designed for you! Each class begins with a gentle warmup before transitioning into a full-body workout featuring slow, controlled movements carefully cued and demonstrated. Class concludes with a cool down to help students stretch, reset, and leave feeling refreshed and energized. This is great for beginner and intermediate Pilates participants.

👚 Students should wear comfortable, movement-friendly clothing with torsos covered. Please bring your own mat or borrow one from BSFAS!
